How it works

How the seven employees arrive in your business

Five steps in a fixed order. No employee goes live before the one before it is running.

  1. 1

First the pricing call, with your numbers

You tell us how work comes in today: calls a week, how many go unanswered, how many enquiries arrive online, your close rate and your average job value. We use those figures to work out what pays off. You leave the call with a firm price and a written schedule.

  2. 2

    Website, reactivation, reviews

The website goes live first, because every other employee sends people there. Then reactivation writes to past customers who agreed to hear from you, and the review employee asks for a review after every job. None of these three steps needs an ad budget.

  3. 3

    Follow-up and the receptionist

The website and the reviews now bring more enquiries. Employees four and five make sure every one of them gets answered. Web enquiries get a reply within minutes, and someone picks up the phone even when your team is out on site.

  4. 4

    The sales coach

The calendar is full now. The sixth employee trains whoever gives quotes, role-plays the usual objections with them and grades recorded calls. That is how more appointments become more jobs.

  5. 5

    Ads at the end

Only now does the seventh employee run ads. Every click lands on a website that brings enquiries, gets a reply within minutes and meets a team that can close. You set the ad budget, and we bill it without markup.

Everything in one system

Every call, web enquiry, review request and ad click lands in the same customer record. Nothing sits in a notebook, on a personal phone or in a second tool. That is why the employees strengthen each other. And that is why we would have to rebuild the others if you wanted to pull one out later.
