Every price is a monthly retainer for the employees and their management. The first businesses pay the founding price, and it stays fixed for them. The crossed-out figures are the regular retainers. Ad spend is separate and billed at cost.

Founding price
The first 10 businesses pay at least 35 % less, for good
We are building Prompt Office right now and are looking for the first 10 trade businesses to prove the system with in day-to-day work. You get the same seven employees and the same management, at a heavily reduced founding price. Once the places are taken, the regular price applies.
Ask for a founding place- What you get
- Every employee in your bundle, the setup, the management, and a direct line to the managing director.
- What stays fixed
- Your founding price. It does not go up for as long as you are a client, even after the regular price applies to everyone else.
- What we ask in return
- Honest feedback from the business. And once it is working, a reference we can use to convince the next one.
The founding price applies to the first 10 businesses and stays fixed for them. The crossed-out figures are the regular monthly retainers.
The regular full-system range is the retainer the source operator charges by market. It is the one regular price here that is not an estimate.
The other regular prices are planning estimates. What goes on your invoice is set on the pricing call.
Ad spend is not included
Every price covers the system and its management. We bill ad budget separately at cost, with no markup, and only once the seventh employee is installed. The single prices on the right are the regular retainers per employee.
